Katie was a tremendous help in answering my questions about patches that I was going to purchase from her on Etsy. We conversed back and forth and I finally asked her would she be willing to put the patches on my jacket. She was so excited for the opportunity to be creative. She listened to my wants and likes and would then send me examples of what she came up with.
